Elaina Gray is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who after retirement from The United States Air Force after 22 yrs moved to the Central Florida area. She received a Bachelor of Sociology, from The University of Central Florida in 2012 and a Master of Counseling, from Webster University, Orlando Campus in 2016. She has been in the Mental Health career field since 2016. She has worked with Adolescents and Adults with Substance Use concerns and worked as a teen Drug Court Counselor in Seminole County. Worked as a substance abuse counselor in Orlando and Seminole schools. Provided substance use counseling for adults and teens in a residential and outpatient setting. She has vast experience with group therapy. Experienced diverse populations, spent over a year in Alaska providing therapy in an acute care behavioral hospital and the military. Elaina provides compassionate, empathetic, caring therapy utilizing CBT, Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, and Motivational Therapies. She loves to see people learn about themselves and grow into a more resilient newfound self. She loves to build connections with her patients without judgment.
